Main tasks & Responsibilities

•Regional role, working with CI/asset owners across the region

•Working with vendors to keep CM DB up to date

•Ability to lead communities of practice on Configuration Management

•Plans the capture and management of CI s and related information for your region.

•Contributes to development of configuration management strategies, policies, standards, and guidelines.

•Ensures that operational processes are in place to maintain secure configuration,

consistent classification and management of CI s, and for the verification and audit of configuration records

•Develops, configures and maintains tools (including automation) to identify, track,

log and maintain accurate, complete and current information

•Reports on the status of configuration management for the region.

•Identifies problems and issues with Configuration Management and recommends corrective actions.

Work Experience

•A minimum of 5 years’ experience with a strong background in configuration management

•Broad service  management  experience  working  within  an

international corporate environment

Education

•University degree preferably in a technical subject or any comparable education

•ITI L v3 certification advantageous
