Job vacancy Senior Analyst, Trade Settlement - Japanese Speaker

• Ensuring completion of settlement activities on an accurate and timely manner.
• Identifying potential gaps or problems and implementing action plan to reduce the gaps.
• Managing assigned cases of Settlement disputes on a timely manner whilst adhering to the business's settlement policy.
• Building a strong relationship with key stakeholders as an initiative to maintain customer focus practice.
• Managing aged debt and daily cash funding.
• Practising continuous improvement by seeking opportunities to improve process automaton and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in Japanese language is compulsory.
• Solid understanding of Account Receivable and Payable settlement process.
• Experience in Oil and Gas/ Energy sector is an added advantage.
