Job vacancy SEA Sales Manager - Kitchen Equipment

• The Sales Manager contributes to the definition of turnover/margin/volume/product mix budget of the assigned area for which is accountable and commits to its achievement on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
• Provides information to kitchen contractors operating in the territory, plans, supports, and coordinates visits within the territory, ensuring their training and their actions are in line with company strategy and corporate values.
• Directly manages active Clients, in collaboration and under the coordination of the SM, to achieve the assigned objectives.
• Researches and engages new customers, in collaboration with SM and following the company strategy.
• Analyzes the results obtained, proposes and plans recovery actions in case of underperformance
• Attends the exhibitions planned by the Marketing Department and visits the trade fairs in agreement with the SM
• Participates to Business Unit professional meetings in the HQ and training meetings provided by the company
• Reports news about market, business segments, competitors, leads, prospects and customers.

The Successful Applicant

• Residence: Malaysia, preferrable Kuala Lumpur.
• A bachelor's degree in Business or similar is preferred.
• Culinary school degree is appreciated as well.
• Good English command and computer office program literacy
• Ambition and motivation to perform and deliver expected results
• Problem-solving and self-organization skills
• Commitment to execute plans and respond quickly to market opportunities
