Job vacancy Senior Financial Controller

• • Financial controlling
  • They coordinate with internal/external accountants for the implementation of local and Group accounting and control procedures in the regions they are assigned to, and the adaptation of IT tools.
  • They monitor and reviews accounting and related financial reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • They directly manage the employees of the Accounting Department of Comeca Indonesia.
  • They organises and coordinates with external professional services (legal/tax consultants) whenever needed.
  • Production of key indicators, reports and gap analysis
  • They prepare and monitor all non-financial indicators and reports for both regions, including tendering and sales activities, industrial productivity, etc.
  • They analyse gaps vs targets and forecasts and propose tracks for improvements.
  • They contribute to the preparation of the management letters and other analysis for their Committees
  • Performance contribution
  • They coordinate global reviews for significant projects.
  • They help the Regional Directors to challenge all contributors towards performance targets.
  • They make sure action plans are correctly implemented and monitored.
  • Anticipation, forecast and support for strategic decisions
  • They contribute to the preparation of Business Plans and others strategic studies.
  • They participate to tender and sales-orders reviews before validation.
  • They prepare annual targets and quarterly forecasts.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related professional qualification. Those with Master Degree will have added advantage;
• Minimum 8 years related experience in similar field;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Candidate with experience holding financial controller / management role will have an added advantage;
• Experienced in liaising with bankers on funding requirements & project accounting;
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen;
• Candidate possesses sound knowledge of manufacturing financial operations will have an added advantage;
• Excellent leadership skills and able to motivate and develops others;
• Aggressive, visionary and willing to take calculated risk for dynamic business growth;
• Attentive to details, alert and capable of identifying business growth & cost saving opportunity as well as process improvement alternative;
• Strong understanding of latest accounting standard;
• Strong reporting and organizational skills.
