Position Details:

Division: Corporate Communication & Marketing
Purpose & Overview:
As the Deputy Chief, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the strategic development and implementation of comprehensive communication, branding, and marketing strategies. Your primary goal will be to connect with diverse internal and external stakeholders, drive engagement aligned with organizational objectives, enhance brand reputation, and foster positive relationships to support Corp's mission and vision.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategic Branding & Content Management:
Develop and drive strategic branding initiatives, policies, and guidelines.
Oversee creative content management to enhance brand image and credibility.
External Communications & Media Engagement:
Develop and implement external communication strategies to engage stakeholders and enhance brand reputation.
Manage media channels and drive engagement initiatives to shape positive public perception.
Marketing Strategy & Partnership Development:
Lead strategic marketing strategies and partnerships to enhance brand credibility and trust.
Event Management & Standards Compliance:
Provide strategic direction for events and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Ensure compliance with approved standards and criteria for enhancing brand reputation.
Regional Communications Support & Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a strategic advisor on communication policies and activities.
Provide support for regional communications aligned with corporate brand strategy.

Provide guidance for talent development and succession planning.
Qualification & Relevant Experience:
Educational Qualification:
Degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Relevant Experience: 15 years of progressive experience in communications, marketing, or public relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the corporate or government-related sector is highly desirable.
