Key Responsibilities:

· Develop comprehensive technical documentation, specifications, submissions, proposals, and method statements.

· Generate requisite project completion drawings to ensure the successful execution of construction initiatives.

· Conduct on-site and laboratory assessments on construction materials, perform surveys, and produce accurate drafts.

· Deliver articulate technical presentations elucidating the features and benefits of the company's products and services

· Ensuring the timely delivery of technical documents with a minimized error rate.

· Supervise and guide Jr. Technical Engineers in technical documentation, including specifications, submissions, proposals, and method statements, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.

· Cultivate awareness regarding the company's product portfolio and diverse service offerings.

· Foster enduring and robust relationships with existing clients and prospective stakeholders within the commercial construction sector

· Participate in networking, promotional events, and trade exhibitions to advocate for the company's products and services, while also gathering valuable market intelligence.

Key Requirement:

· Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

· 3 year of exposure and working experience as Sr. Technical Engineer or equivalent.

· Experience in Construction or related industries are strongly preferred.

· General interest in waterproofing specialization.

· Communicate effectively with Management and all other levels of employees.

· Familiarity with computer systems and software's i.e. Microsoft, AutoCAD.
