  • Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop talent strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Lead the design and implementation of talent management programs, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and diversity and inclusion across the organization.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to develop and implement learning and development programs that build capabilities and drive employee growth and career progression.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives to drive culture change, improve team effectiveness, and enhance organizational performance.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders on talent-related matters, including performance management, career development, and employee relations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights that inform talent decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of HR business partner experience, with a focus on talent management and organizational development.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing talent management and organizational development programs that drive business results.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand and align talent strategies with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering business outcomes.
