Our client, a leading organization dedicated to innovation and sustainable development, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Corporate Strategy. This role is critical in leading the formulation, development, and execution of strategic plans that align seamlessly with the organisation's vision and mission, while also meeting global Sustainability Development Goals (SDG) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations.

Key Accountabilities:

Corporate KPI and Business Plan

  • Develop comprehensive Strategic Plans and Corporate KPIs that align with the organisation's vision and mission.
  • Strategize budget allocation to prioritize resources effectively.
  • Ensure effective execution of strategic plans through clear direction and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Sustainability Development & ESG

  • Manage sustainability development goals and integrate them into the strategic planning process.
  • Drive the incorporation of ESG considerations in decision-making and corporate planning.

Performance Measurement & Tracking

  • Set performance targets and metrics to track progress towards strategic goals.
  • Implement mechanisms for monitoring and reporting on performance indicators.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

  • Communicate strategic goals, progress, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster transparency and engagement with regular updates on strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for the development of corporate plans and strategies.

Innovation & Project Management

  • Provide strategic insights and leadership to senior management and business teams.
  • Lead and participate in innovation initiatives to advance the company's vision and mission.
  • Develop innovation opportunities that align with company goals.

  • Provide guidance and development opportunities for succession planning and talent grooming.

Qualifications & Relevant Experience:

Educational Qualification:

  • Degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Relevant Experience (Skills & Knowledge):

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate planning, strategy, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in developing, tracking, and overseeing the implementation of company strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Conceptual and design thinking skills with experience in business strategy formulation and implementation.
  • In-depth understanding of innovation processes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to set and track performance metrics.
  • Experience in managing sustainability development goals and incorporating ESG considerations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey strategic goals and progress.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and unify cross-functional teams towards a common vision.
  • Financial analysis and modelling skills to support strategic decision-making.
