Position : IT Service Management lead

Tenure: 6 months contract – renewable basis

Working location : KL

Working hours: Standard

Salary: RM 5500- RM 6500

Job responsibility

  • Lead and coordinate the functional and technical team
  • Be client facing/at client site as L2 support to resolve system incident and problem
  • Perform solutioning and lead execution for system enhancement
  • Escalate to technical team to resolve technical issues and activities
  • Stakeholder management – weekly and monthly report

Job requirement

  • Experience in IT service management or related field.
  • Strong familiarity with BMC Remedy and Helix ITSM technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field preferred.
