Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage and maintain a growing global network of EV charging stations to ensure high availability, stability and performance service levels
• Work closely with the Customer Care department to address charger issues
• Drive root cause and corrective actions of field issues which includes a combination of hardware and software issues
• Work with supply chain team to develop and implement process for spare parts management
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, contractors, and partners involved in charging infrastructure deployment and maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving regulations and standards in the EV charging industry, ensuring that all operations adhere to legal and safety requirements
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management
• Experience in industries that operate on 24/7 basis such as teleco, utilities, hospitals, elevators, are preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Proficient in Mandarin to be able to communicate with our supplier
• Wiling to be on standby mode 24/7 and be involved in shiftwork including weekends and public holidays
