Job vacancy Supply and Distribution Logistics

• Responsible for managing automative sales orders, particularly for sales orders from JOEM customers.
• Receive and handle sales orders from JOEM customers.
• Direct and oversee JIP delivery by warehouse subcontractors; confirm and verify against sales data.
• Input and update sales inventory data in the system.
• Process transactions through the customer portal.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial and cost data related to customer sales orders.

The Successful Applicant

• Completion of commercial education such as apprenticeship in industrial or logistics administration, or a Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• First-hand experience in Supply Chain Management/Logistics within demand/order management is preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP is desirable.
• Strong command of MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with databases, such as Access and SQL, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Specific language requirement: Proficiency in Japanese, including reading, writing, and speaking, alongside fluent English proficiency within a business context
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
