- To develop and execute strategic marketing and brand plans for the Women's Health portfolio while supporting overall marketing initiatives to drive growth, awareness, and engagement.
- This role will be fully responsible for leading the assigned therapeutic area portfolio and bridges brand management with broader marketing functions including digital, content, trade engagement, and cross-functional campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and leverage opportunities for growth within the women's health market.
- Monitor market trends and activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead product launches, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines within all marketing activities.
- A Degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in brand management and marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Have years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing, with preference for Women's Health or Consumer Healthcare portfolio experience
