A clinical laboratory is a facility for the biological, microbiological, serological, chemical, immunohematological, hematological, biophysical, cytological, pathological, or other examination of materials derived from the human body for the purpose of providing information for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of any disease or impairment of, human beings.

These examinations also include procedures to determine, measure, or otherwise describe the presence or absence of various substances or organisms in the body. Facilities only collecting or preparing specimens (or both) or only serving as a mailing service and not performing testing are not considered clinical laboratories. Any facility that examines materials from the human body for purposes of providing information for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of any disease or
impairment of, or the assessment of, the health of human beings.

We specialize in providing vaccinations and related medical services to travellers venturing to tropical and developing countries, as well as seasonal vaccinations and occupational health services through our Well Again Diagnostic Centre.

Travel clinics are staffed by doctors and nurses with a broad range of experience and interest in travel medicine. The clinics offer a complete range of vaccinations for international travel as well as a selection of travel health.

Well Again screening and prevention efforts are concentrated in three primary areas: evidence-informed practice, capacity building in the regions and knowledge exchange. We are currently focusing on the most well established cancer risk factors such as smoking, obesity, diet, and physical
inactivity. At the same time we are working to develop a better understanding of how occupational and environmental carcinogens cause cancer, with the goal of reducing Well Again exposure to
cancer-causing substances in the workplace and their general surroundings.
