I came with a friend to enquire about JC's tailoring services and charges.
To our surprised a lady(pony tail medium length, wearing glasses-not more than 5 feet)
open the glass door. I gave a pleasant greeting and asked how should i address her as it is a polite way to introduce ourselves. she grudgingly answered"yes, anything? im very busy", with a disgusted face because she had to leave her table / counter to open the door.
i answered 'you just lost a potential customer and you are very rude for someone who is in this business"
is that a way to greet customers?
she did not apologise or try to right her wrong but to top it up; she pushed the glass door closed and locked it!
