Client Background: Providing wide area of specialty services works in waterproofing & petrol chemical products. With a long list of products and never-ending customer support that are able to guarantee a very high level of satisfaction for the clients.

Responsibilities:

Acquisition of new customers

Generate projects / business opportunities to meet the Company business plans and growth strategies

Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers

Coordinate all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry to closing of the opportunity

Monitor customer satisfaction, implementation procedures and activities for the purpose of providing feedback to clients

Undertake research to identify opportunities and threats in the market place

Ensure all marketing materials, documents and correspondence are update and adhered to the corporate image

Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain relationship with existing customers within the commercial construction industry

Attend networking & promotional events and trade exhibitions to promote products & services and gather market intel

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering, engineering, construction or any related field

At least 1-3 years working experience in sales and construction

Flexible, well-organized with excellent time-management skills, strong leadership

Good tri-lingual communication skills English, Chinese and Malay

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences

Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and articulate value propositions effectively to drive sales outcomes
