Job vacancy APAC Sales Manager - Power Industry

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion across designated APAC countries.
• Build and nurture a robust channel partner network to enhance market coverage and establish a strong local presence.
• Identify and prioritise potential business opportunities within the Power & Energy sector, focusing on Power Transformers and Renewable Energy.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and effective product positioning.
• Leverage industry expertise to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, distributors, and customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in technical discipline, preferably in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Process, Power, Instrumentation areas.
• In-depth knowledge of Power & Energy market dynamics, trends, and customer needs in the APAC region.
• At least 8 years of working experience in sales (instrument sales and project sales), business development, distributor management especially in the Power Transformer or Power and Renewable Energy industry.
• Proven track record of successful in both process instrument sales as well as project sales.
• Willingness to travel (minimum 50%)
