Talent Development Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with the organization's goals and long-term growth plans.
  • Create policies, processes, and initiatives for talent management, career development, succession planning, and retention programs in accordance with the Talent Management blueprint.
  • Lead the design and delivery of learning strategies, including the People Competence Profile (PCP), Employee Development programs, and Career Development activities.
  • Identify and prioritize skill gaps and future talent needs through workforce planning and analysis.
  • Collaborate with managers to implement the competency framework, determine training needs through gap analysis and performance data, and establish an annual training plan to build the talent pool.
  • Develop and facilitate career pathing and talent mobility programs to nurture internal talent and retain top performers.



Learning & Development (L&D) Initiatives

  • Implement and execute learning strategies and development programs that align with the HTM blueprint.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant training content, workshops, mentoring programs, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Develop and execute learning initiatives such as mentoring, coaching, job-shadowing, short-term assignments, formal training, and workshops.
  • Drive the HRE program from participant identification to progress monitoring.
  • Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with external vendors and consultants to ensure cost-effective services.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in talent management and development are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 10 years in Human Resource Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role or managing a team.
  • Proven experience in talent development, Learning & Development, or organizational development roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of talent management practices.
  • Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with confident and positive communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and drive a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Strong project management skills.
