Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor and manage inventory levels for sales and marketing collateral.

2. Ensure adequate stock of promotional materials and update inventory databases

as needed.

3. Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements for

increased efficiency.

4. Streamline workflows to enhance the overall effectiveness of sales and marketing

operations.

5. Oversee the leads management process, ensuring timely and accurate

distribution to sales teams.

6. Generate regular reports and conduct sales and marketing performance metrics

through data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

7. Track and monitor sales and marketing budgets.

8. Provide training sessions for team members on sales and marketing tools and

systems.

9. Stay informed about system updates and enhancements to facilitate efficient

usage.

10. Manage the registration process for sales agents, ensuring compliance with

regulations.

11. Provide support to agents during the registration process, addressing inquiries

and issues.

12. Receive and process sale orders by submitting them to the sales system.

13. Check the accuracy of orders and verify orders, including customers' personal

information.

Qualifications

1. Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field

related preferred.

2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.

3. Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.

4. Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.

5. Understanding of sales performance metrics.

6. Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
