Job vacancy Senior Process Engineer

• Collaborate closely with Design Engineering and Operations Teams to provide process engineering support during the design of new systems or debottlenecking existing assets.
• Lead all process engineering activities, including process simulation, design calculations, and development of design philosophies, supporting projects from feasibility studies through to design and construction.
• Engage in problem-solving for process design and maintenance activities.
• Conduct Asset Surveillance and Performance Management on existing systems at client sites via remote monitoring tools and programs.
• Develop Process Control Philosophies for Water Treatment Systems.
• Prepare CTRs, Technical, and Cost Proposals for clients.
• Coordinate the Management of Change (MOC) process for assets and hire equipment, managing asset registers.
• Conduct or participate in Risk Assessment, HAZOP, HAZID, and JHA.
• Develop operational and maintenance manuals for water treatment systems.
• Coordinate contractors for construction and commissioning activities.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in process engineering (equipment sizing, process simulation, and design).
• Proficiency in conducting feasibility studies, gap analysis, asset debottlenecking, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of process design and layout drawings including GA's & P&ID.
• Experience in the design of water treatment plants and facilities.
• Familiarity with industry standards.
