Job vacancy ServiceNow Consultant

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide consulting advice to clients based on best practices
• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, especially in APM.
• Conduct system analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and implement ServiceNow best practices and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and project teams.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with a focus on APM or Portal Experience
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and IT service management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
