- Manages customer inquiries and complaints via phone, online chat, and email, ensuring resolution in accordance with company procedures.
- Identifies and escalates complex issues to senior team members, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional manner
- Accurately enters and updates customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's system.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in both English and Japan (verbal and written) is essential. This position is exclusively for native Japanese The company will assist in applying for the employment pass/working visa required to work in Malaysia.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Shifts are scheduled from either 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm Malaysia time, five days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
